Power 4 Fitness started long before it had a name.
It started in early mornings, long days, and the in-between moments—coaching side by side, learning each other, and building something none of us fully expected. What began as working together quickly became something deeper. There was a natural trust. A shared standard. An unspoken understanding of how we showed up—for our clients and for each other. We each came from different backgrounds, with different strengths, but when we came together, it just worked.

Michelle Petrut, Co-Founder, Performance & Transformation Specialist
Michelle Petrut is a highly credentialed fitness professional holding multiple certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), including Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), and Weight Loss Specialist (WLS), and is extensively educated in the Optimum Performance Training Models. She applies a science-based approach that integrates advanced programing, movement correction, and behavioral coaching to deliver sustainable results.
Her background in corrective exercise, neuromuscular stretching, and reactive training allows her to address imbalances, improve movement quality, and reduce injury risk. Michelle also brings expertise in recovery protocols, client experience, and business operations. With knowledge in psychosocial behavior change and client acquisition systems, She bridges the gap between physical transformation and long-term lifestyle change.
Her ability to combine structure, accountability, and high-performance coaching makes her a key driver in building customized plans that deliver results that last.
Anne Marie, Co-Founder, Lead Educator, Transformation Coach
Anne Marie is a results-driven health and transformation coach with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, specializing in Health Education and Promotion. She brings a multidisciplinary background in healthcare, behavioral health, and social services. Her experience includes home health and hospice care, memory care, and social work with the Department of Child Safety, where she supported individuals in high-stress environments and facilitated behavior change. She is trained in evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing, with a focus on helping clients implement sustainable, actionable change.
Anne Marie’s medical foundation in anatomy, physiology, and post-injury care allows her to design safe and effective transformation programs. She now works as a full-time coach, helping clients improve body composition, build sustainable habits, and achieve long-term health outcomes. She brings a strong focus on accountability, structure, and measurable results.
Through her experience in the traditional healthcare system, Anne Marie identified a critical gap in sustainable health education—particularly in weight loss, metabolic health, and long-term behavior change. As a coach, Anne Marie brings a unique blend of clinical insight, behavioral expertise, and a holistic approach to heath and wellness focused on education and radical self-accountability.
Lisa Hunter, Co-Founder, Sales & Client Experience Lead
With over two decades of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, Lisa Hunter represents the standard of true, results-driven coaching.
Her approach is built on depth—combining expert-level training, advanced nutrition strategy, and a refined understanding of human behavior to create lasting transformation. From weight loss and body composition to strength, mobility, and long-term habit development, Lisa’s work goes far beyond surface-level change.
As a seasoned business owner of over 10 years, she brings not only coaching excellence, but a proven ability to lead, build, and deliver at a high level. Maria Smetannikov is a nutrition-focused professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Healthy Living from Arizona State University. She specializes in translating evidence-based nutrition principles into practical, sustainable habits that clients can implement in their daily lives.
With hands-on experience in macro tracking, food weighing, and meal preparation, Maria has successfully applied these methods in her own fitness journey, achieving weight loss and body composition results through structured nutrition and exercise. This personal experience, combined with her academic background, allows her to guide clients with both technical knowledge and real-world application.
Maria is highly skilled in teaching clients how to accurately portion food, understand macronutrients, and align their nutrition with specific goals—whether fat loss, muscle gain, or body recomposition. She emphasizes education, consistency, and mindset development to create long-term success.
